Email hello@duyve.app with "Abuse report" or "Takedown request" in the subject. We aim to review abuse and privacy reports promptly. Urgent safety issues should be marked clearly in the subject line.
What to Report
- Unwanted email or spam
- A recipient privacy or image takedown request
- Copyright, trademark, or other rights concerns
- Illegal, harmful, harassing, or exploitative content
- Phishing, impersonation, scams, malware, or suspicious links
- Attempts to bypass unsubscribe requests or sending limits
What to Include
Please include enough detail for us to identify the sender, recipient, dispatch, image, or link involved.
- The sender name or email shown in the dispatch
- The recipient email address that received it
- The approximate date and time it was received
- The unsubscribe link or Duyve link involved, if available
- A short explanation of the issue
- For rights complaints, enough information to identify the work, image, trademark, or content at issue
What We May Do
Depending on the report, we may review the relevant account, dispatch, uploaded image, consent records, send logs, and unsubscribe records. We may block sends, disable access to content, suspend an account, preserve records needed to investigate, or contact the sender where appropriate.
