Keep every send personal.

Duyve sends email, so the boundary is simple: personal dispatches are welcome; spam is not. Clubs should be made of people who intentionally belong there.

The intended use

Duyve is for private clubs and thoughtful dispatches. Only add people you personally know or people who have intentionally joined your club.

Not allowed

  • Upload purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested email lists.
  • Send unsolicited commercial email or bulk spam.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent who is sending a dispatch.
  • Use Duyve for phishing, scams, malware, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Bypass unsubscribe requests or re-add people who opted out.

How abuse is handled

Abuse may lead to account suspension or removal. Duyve uses rate limits, usage limits, unsubscribe handling, and anomaly detection to reduce misuse and protect recipients.
